Native sensors + the modem your fleet already runs.

Trodeon’s predictive-failure AI was built to read two streams at once — its own native IoT sensors and the telematics / ELD feed already in the cab. The forecast model collapses both into a single lead-time signal per component, so a yard doesn’t have to rip out its existing modem to get the alert.

Don’t see your telematics provider on the list? Reach out — most modern telematics stacks expose a documented engine-data read API, and Trodeon’s integration exercise is a few weeks end-to-end.

Native coverage

Engine-side data without a third-party modem.

Trodeon’s own IoT engine-sensor module handles the engine-side data directly — CAN-bus frame stream, RPM, throttle position, coolant and oil pressure, freeze-frame diagnostics — so a yard running Trodeon hardware alongside (or in place of) an existing modem still gets the same lead-time forecast without depending on a third-party telematics API.

Bird’s-eye view

What it costs, and how to start.

Three SaaS tiers cover the platform side and one success fee sits underneath, settled against confirmed prevented downtime. Drop your work email and the partner stack you’re running — Trodeon ops will follow up with the right module ship date for your segment.
